This cause came on for hearing upon the Defendant's Motion to
Strike and upon the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of
Jurisdiction, and upon the argument of Counsel, the Defendant's
withdrawing the Motion to Strike, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the presmises, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion to Strike and
the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction are denied.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
