REVELLE and BOB EGGERT, d/b/a BOB'S DELAWARE MOBIL, and other relief, and for Summary Final Judgment in his Complaint for declaratory relief, and this Court having heard the argument of all parties, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is } ~i upon consideration ~ ORDERED as follows: 1. The Defendant, JAMES D. REVELLE, making no claim against k the propriety of the payments as set forth in Count II of Plaintiff's s j Complaint, this Court finds that the four payments made to JUDITH L. f t ~ MILLER, as set forth in Plaintiff's Complaint, were proper; and the Plaintiff, as to those payments, may go hence without day. 2. The~Clerk of this Court is ordered to open an account in the Registry of This Court for the receipt of funds interplead and shall deduct therefrom his fees, as provided by law, and otherwise abide by the judgment of this Court in this matter. 3.. The Defendants, JAMES D. REVELLE and SOB EGGEP.T, d/b/a ~ BOB'S DELAWARE MOBIL, are ordered to interplead this action as ~ otherwise provided by law. 4.
