gate sum named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter desc?i6ed, the mortgagor here-
by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and eonjirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County.
.Florida, viz:
ELot 26 b•27, Block 273 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 3, a Subdivision according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 13A, of the Public Re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This is a Purchase Money Mortgage given to secure a portion of the purchase
price.-
The mortgaged premises are subject to the lien of the following described mort-
gage hereinafter referred to as the."Senior Mortgage"

his wife to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of

2, 1973 in Official Records Book 219, page 662 in the

I The mortgagor herein agrees to comply with all the terms of the "Senior Mortgage"
except the requirement to make the payments of the principal and interest thereon
~ and on compliance by the mortgagor with the terms and provisions contained in
said :'Senior Mortgage" the owner and holder of the note secured hereby will pay
the installments of principal and interest from time to time due under said
~ "Senior Morgage" in accordance with its terms. ~
t It is hereby agreed by the mortgagor and the mortgagee herein that the total
indebtedness evidenced by the "Senior Mortgage" and the note secured hereby is t
$31,300.00. The principal balance of the "Senior Mortgage" as of the date of
F this agreement is $20,991.50.
The mortgagors further agree that they will not make any voluntary inter vivos
I transfer of the premises or any part thereof, without first obtaining the writ-
ten consent of the mortgagee. Any such transfer, if the mortgagee shall not
consent, shall constitute a default under the terms of this instrument.
In the event the mortgagor excercises his right to pay the_note secured hereby in
full then the mortgagee agrees to satisfy said "Senior Mortgage" immediately.
In the event that the-mortgagor excercises his right to make an additional pay-
went in one lump sum of $2,000.00 in addition to the regular monthly payment, the
~ i mortgagee agrees to release Lot 26 from the encumbrance of this mortgage deed 1
provided that the payment is made at least 6 months from the .date of this agree-
~ tnent.-The mortgagor agrees that the $2,000.00 lump sum payment is in addition to
~ the regular monthly payment and that the mortgagee does not have to apply this
$2,000.00 towards the payment of the "Senior Mortgage".
