PARTLAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
HOMB FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF HOLLYWOOD, the holder
of the mortgage executed by ROBERT A. BPPERSON, GLORIA EPPERSON, his wife,
HAZEN KREIS, MARIE KREIS, his wife and TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC., a
Florida Corportion, dated June 8th, 1976 and recorded in Official Records
Book 253 at Page 1304, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations,
hereby on this 5th day of April , 1979, releases from the lien of that
mortgage the real property in that County described as: _
Unit Weeks 14 in Cond C-11 and Unit Week 15 in Cond. C-3
consisting of Apartment Number C-11 ~ C-3 respectively and its
undivided share of the common elements of Turtle Reef
Condominiums 1 as such is described in the amended Master Form
Deed as recorded in 0. R. Book-256, Page 235.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
