is subject in every respect to the Ik~cl~rratian of Condominium as to the condominit,~n ~
in which his tutit is located and I:xhihits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Ucclarat.ion of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incol7~oration, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of s~iles brochure and Cloor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Miendnrents to the aforesaid l1e-
claration and 1'.xhihits and the Articles of ]ncorhoratirni, Ry-IKn~rs and Ixclaration ;
of Covenants and Restrictions of the, I'mperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser i
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and ex.unination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, acid budget, sales brochure and float plan, and acknowledges that each and ~
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominiwn property and is in the best interests acid for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all ~o~~iers of I~arcels in the aforeclescribed ~
Condominium covenant grid agree to abide by eacli and every provision of said heeler- 4
ation of Condominitnn and Exhibits attached thereto. 1'rn•chaser hereby ratifies :nul 1
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said lkclaratirni of Condo-
minitan and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the-assessment under the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisionti thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said I'trrchaser aclolowledges and conf i isms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (>t~ners' Association
has encumbered artd irnpressed a lien upon the Candominitan parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said heclarat.ion of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Prn-chaser assrmres the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condrnninitnr? parcel. ~
Purchaser confiiins that all warranties, representations and inchrcements, i F any, are
