ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before this Court upon the
Wife's Motion for Writ of Execution and Motion to Tax Costs, and
upon the Husband's Motion for Approval of Civil Supersedeas Bond.
The Court having considered the argument of counsel and being
otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion for Writ of Execution be, and the same is
hereby granted, and execution shall issue ten days from the
date of this Order, unless the Husband shall sooner post a
I Civil~Supersedeas Bond in accordance with paragraph 2 below.
2. The Civil Supersedeas Bond posted herein by the Husband,
as principal, and Jack Gorham and V. R. Gorham, Sr., as sureties,
shall be hereby approved none pro tune, provided that the Husband
and the sureties shall either earmark assets with a net equity
value of $12,500.00 or more for said bond, or in the alternative,
the spouses of the sureties shall join in said bond.
3. The Motion to Tax Costs be, and the same is hereby granted,
and the following items are hereby taxed for the Wife and against
the Husband

process on Vincent R. Gorham $ 7.50
