FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE '
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 6th day of April, A. D.,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
CHARLOTTE MYERS and ROBERT MYERS be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
~ obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custory of CINDY LOU MYERS, the minor
child of the parties is hereby awarded to CHARLOTTE MYERS with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to ROBERT MYERS. F
. 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 1 day of ~/~f ,
1979, ROBERT MYERS shall pay to CHARLOTTE MYERS the sum of $25.00
each and every week, for. the support of the child named above.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to CHARLOTTE MYERS. In addition there ,

is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
~ to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
FEE, KOBLEGARD 8i TEEL. P. A.
