cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY: The Wife, CHARLOTTE MYERS, is~hereby
awarded as special equity and as lump sum alimony all right, title
and interest in the marital dwelling of the parties, located at 1613
Paseo Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, together with all the furniture,
furnishings and fixtures located therein. .The Husband, ROBERT MYERS,
is ordered to convey to the Wife the above-mentioned marital resi-
dence, together with all the furnishings and fixtures located in it,
by a good and sufficient quit-claim deed. The Husband is further
ordered to execute and deliver the quit-claim deed within fifteen
(15) days f roan the date of this judgment, and i f the Husband f ai 1 s
to execute and deliver the quit-claim deed within that period of
time, then this judgment shall act as a conveyance to the Wife
of the above described marital residence, together with all the
furnishings and fixtures located in it, effective on the 16th day
from the date of this judgment.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby
~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying,

S In addition, the Husband is hereby specifically
prohibited from coming about the Wife's place of residence_located
at 1613 Paseo Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, or the Wife's place
of employment located at 526 Avenue A, Fort Pierce, Florida, and
the sheriff or other appropriate law enforcement officer is hereby
directed to take appropriate legal action in the event of a viola-
tion of the terms of this restraining order by the Husband.
6. FEES AND COSTS: The Court determines the sum of

$250.00 to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services
herein and ROBERT MYERS is ordered to pay said attorney said sum
together with costs herein assessed at $37.50.
8. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
