FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 18th day of April,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdic-
tion of the parties and subject matter of this suit;.that the
relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irr~treivably
bro}~aland should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
CLIFFORD BROWN, Husband, and LENORA BROWN, Wife, be and the

same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are hereby forever freed-from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom

2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHRISTOPHER A. BROWN, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, LENORA
BROWN, with reasonable visitations rights reserved to the
Husband;
3. SUPPORT. Commencing with the 1st day of May, 1979,
the Husband, CLIFFORD BROWN, shall pay to the Wife, LENORA BROWN
the sum of $250.00 per month for the support of the minor child,
CHRISTOPHER A. BROWN. Said support payments shall continue for
said minor child until said child becomes emancipated, married,
self-supporting, or attains the age of eighteen years, whichever
