RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF PROCEEDS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRE ENTS: That the Port St. Lucie Bank, a corporation under
the laws of Florida holder of an Assignment of Proceeds given by Clifford Stanley Hicks
and Lee Nicks, his wife, to Port St. Lucie Bank, bearing date the 7th day of March, 1979
recorded in Official Records Book 304, Page 1706, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, given to secure the sum of Ten Thousand and
no/100 (10,000.00). Evidenced-by a certain note, upon the following described property
situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 61, RIVER PARK, UNIT-SIX, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12 at Page 28 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
has received full payment of said indebtedness, and does hereby acknowledge satisfaction
of said assignment, and hereby directs Court to cancel the same of~record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said corporation has caused these presents to be signed .
in its name, by its Assistant Vice President, and its corporate seal to be affixed,
