point or place of beginning; thence continue to run North
along the Northerly extension of the East line of said Lot
3, for a distance of 100 feet; thence West at right angles
to last call a distance of 140 feet to a point; thence run
South along the West line of said Lot 3 a distance of 100
feet; thence run Easterly parallel to the North line of
said Lot 3 a distance of 140 feet to the point or place of
beginning, all lying and being in Section 24, of Township
37 South, Range 40 East.
