PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, Whereas, ~ / i
PAUL E. JACQUIN AND CHERYL A. JACQUIN, HIS WIFE
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 29thday of June A.D.19 7$ + and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court to and for the County of St. Lucie
State of Florida, in Official Record Book 289 Page 2300 ,granted and conveyed
unto SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION and assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of thy: sum of ($16,500.00)
Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred and NO/100 DOLLARS,
with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS .the said -
PAUL E. JACQUIN AND CHERYL A. JACQUIN, HIS WIFE
requested the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION to release
the premises hereinaf-ter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from
the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION,
as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and
valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
PAUL E. JACQUIN AND CHERYL A. JACQUIN, HIS WIFE
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of
said mortgage unto the said

their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the
premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:

PAUL E. JACQUIN AND CHERYL A. JACQUIN, HIS WIFE
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said
mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby ~
