Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Unifornn Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Properly. Bozrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be conswed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note de5ne~1 herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree ~
as follows:
2i. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option v~thin twenty years {
from the date of this Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
