Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 anc~
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained its the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incacporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option w;thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by pmmissoiy notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
the orginal amount of the Note plus US S NONE
