MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
This Mortgage Modification Agreement dated this f~ day of
April, 1979 modifying that certain mortgage dated March 8, 1974,
mortgagors,
between JOHN H. HELWIG and VIVIAN MARIE HELWIG, his wife,/and LEE L.
SMITH and LORENE T. SMITH, his wife, mortgagees, said mortgage being
secured by the following described real estate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 2, BEL AIRE ESTATES, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Hook 14, Page 21, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The purpose of this Modification is to increase to $10,000.00
the principal balance due under said mortgage and note, and in all
other manner said mortgage and note stays in full force and effect,
and the payments of the note securing this mortgage shall be at 10$
interest and a new note shall be executed for the supplemental of
$5,000.00. Intangible tax and stamps shall be paid upon the addi=
tional $5,000.00 hereby advanced. In all other manner said mortgage -
shall stay in full force and effect.
