THOMAS McCARTY, III, individually and as Personal Representative
of the Estate of Olie B. McCarty, deceased, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to JOHN ERNEST FRADD, JR. and SANDRA HOMLAR FRADD, his

Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
an easement for ingress and egress over and upon said land; that
