FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 19th day of April, 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between JERRY SHAW and THERA SHAW
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of

them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-

fore existing between them and from the obligations arising there-
-
from.
2. The Court, on the custody of the two minor
g children, KAY SHAW and BOBBY SHAW, remains silent. -
3. The Court, as to support for the two minor
~ children, KAY SHAW and BOBBY SHAW,
the Husband has a continuing obligation of support.of the minor ~
s
children including medical-and dental care.
4. The Husband, JERRY SHAW, shall pay to the Wife,
THERA SHAW, as a lump sum alimony award, the sum of, Fifty Thousand
($50,000) Dollars payable in the manner following: Twelve Hundred
($1200) Dollars on June 15, 1979, Twelve Hundred ($1200) Dollars on
