thereafter until the total amount of $50,000 has been paid.
5. .The. Husband, JERRY SHAW, shall pay to the TAife,
THERA SHAW, the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000) Dollars for each of
her ten shares of stock in Rivergold, Inc., less any outstanding
lien or indebtedness owed by THERA SHAW for the purchase of said
stock, said balance to be paid by January 2, 1980.
6. The Husband, JERRY SHAW, shall maintain the Wife,
THERA SHAW, and the two minor children, KAY SHAW and BOBBY SHAW,
as the irrevocable beneficiaries of the insurance policy on the
life of the Husband with Fidelity Union Life Insurance Company
until all sums due the Wife, THERA SHAW, by the Husband, JERRY
f SHAW, under the terms of this Judgment have been paid.
t 7. The Wife, THERA SHAW, shall have the exclusive
ownership and poss~e,~,Sisn- of the 1977 Ford LTD,\now titled in the
name of Rivergold, Inc., and the Husband, JERRY SHAW, shall obtain
the transfer of title from Rivergold, Inc. to the Wife, free and
clear of any lien thereon.
8. By appropriate instrument, the Wife, THERA SHAW,

shall convey to the Husband, JERRY SHAW, all of her right, title
~ and interest in and to the marital dwelling and the real property

located at 1934 Wyoming Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida described as:
Lot 17 and the North five feet of Lot 18,
Block 1, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES, FIRST
ADDITION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 11, Page 38, public records of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida
The Husband, JERRY SHAW, shall pay to the Wife, THERA SHAW, the
