Petitioner, OELPHINE MARTELL CROQIC, as Personal Representative of the
above estate,alieges:
~ 1. Decedent, Agnes Martell, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
died on October 30th, 1978, and totters of Administration were issued to
petitioner on November 14th, 1978.
2. Petitioner has fully administered the estate, by making payment
of all debts , claims and by making provision for the payment of alt
expenses of administration.
3. Petitioner has obtained and filed Non-taxable Certificate and
receipt for Estate Tax from the State of Florida, No. E-31132.
4. Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the assets of this
estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached as Exhibit "A".

6. Petitioner files herewith a Naiver of Accounting and Service of
Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of Personal Representative
signed by the beneficiaries of this estate.
7. Any objections to the proposed distribution of assets must be
filed within 30 days.
- Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof has been presented
that distribution has been made in accordance with the schedule of distri-
