APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN OF PROPERTY
The Petition of ELIZABETH A. WHITEHOUSE respectfully
shows:
1. This Petition is presented to this Court pursuant to
Section 744.341, Florida Statutes, which provides for the appoint-
ment of a guardian of the property of a physically incompacitated
person without an adjudication of incompetency. -
2. Petitioner is now a resident of St. Lucie County,
residing at 224 West Erie Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, and
Petitioner is 86 years of age, her birthday being November 14, 1892,
and her Social Security Number is 261-48-9946-JI.

3. Petitioner is the owner of an estate consisting of

personal property only which is located in the State of Florida and
which has an approximate value of $60,000.00, being in savings
accounts and Certificates of Deposit.

4. Petitioner, though mentally competent, Ss~-incapable

of the care, custody and management of her estate by reasons of ad-
~ vanced age and the physical infirmities attendant thereon and Peti-

tioner has no-living relatives.

5. That your Petitioner does reside with JANET M. HOGARTH

and~that your Petitioner has complete confidence and trust in JANET

M. HOGARTH and your Petitioner does request this Court to appoint
JANET M. HOGARTH as Guardian of the property of your Petitioner. and
