THIS CAUSE coming on this day tc be heard upon
the voluntary Petition for Appointment as Guardian of the
property of ELIZABETH A. WHITEHOUSE, filed herein by
ELIZABETH A. WHITEHOUSE, and the Court having determined
that ELIZABETH A. WHITEHOUSE is 86 years of age and the
Court having determined that no material facts have been r
concealed, that-the allegations of the Petition are true
and that JANET M. HOGARTH, is a fit and proper person to
