and not in limitation of any common law or statutory authority and
without application to any Court, my Personal Representative shall
also have the powers and responsibilities described below to be exer
cised in his. absolute discretion,as long as such powers and respon-
sibilities are not in conflict with any other specific terms of this
instrument:
1) To make distributions to custodians for minors under the
Florida Gifts to Minors Act.
2) To use income to pay administration expenses or estate
taxes for a decedent's estate.
3) To treat incase in respect of a decedent as income
instead of as principal.
4) To pay incase that is due to a deceased beneficiary to
the succeeding beneficiary.
5) To allow a reasonable allowance for depreciation on
property subject to depreciation under good accounting principles,
but no such allowance shall be made for depreciation of that part
of any real property used by a beneficiary as a residence.
6) To make distributions hereunder in cash or in kind.
7) To disclaim or renounce any power given hereunder which
could be construed as resulting in the Personal Representative being
treated as the owner of any portion of my Estate and thereby taxabl
in accordance therewith.
8) With regard to both real and personal property, to {
acquire, retain, invest, reinvest, exchange, lease, sell, borrow,
subordinate, mortgage, pledge, transfer and convey in such manner an.
on such terms Without limit as to time as he may deem advisable even
for terms beyond the expected administration of any Truste created
herein and no purchaser or lender shall be held liable to see to the
propriety of the transaction nor to the allocation of the proceeds.
9) To incorporate a business in which I or my estate may
have an interest.
10) To pay expenses of delivering devises.
