COMES NOW, ASTRID SVENSDAHL, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of ERNEST GEORGE SMITH and Petitions the Court for
an Order determining the heirs of the Decedent and authorizing the
sale of the real property and home which is held by the Estate and
alleges in support thereof:
1. That ERNEST GEORGE SMITH did die on the 6th day of
April, 1978, and at the time of his death he was domiciled in

Saint Lucie County, Florida.
l 2. That the Decedent did die intestate and that his

3. That all of the heirs have assigned their interest

Property and home held by the Estate to ASTRID SVENSDAHL; and that t

by virtue of said Assignments .and Conveyances, ASTRID SVENSDAHL is
the only heir of the Estate of ERNEST GEORGE SMITH.
