A coZ:y of the Contract For Sale And Purchase entered into between Petitioner and Buyer ` I r marked as EXHIBIT A, is attached hereto, incorporated herein, and made a part hereof. i 6. If Petitioner listed said real property with a Real Estate Broker, Petitioner would have to pay a commission of six percent (6$) and so while a higher price might be real- ized by listing said property with a Real Estate Broker, the advantage of a higher price would be diminished by the fact that a real estate commission would have to be paid, and the proposed sale is in the best interest of the Estate. 7. That a description of said real property and of the personal property to be sold to the buyers is set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
