4. That all heirs have waived their right to
Notice of any and all proceedings in the Estate of ERNEST
GEORGE SMITH.
5. That the real property and home of the Decedent
has been appraised as having a value of $ , and
that your Petitioner has received an offer of d0~•~C'
and that your Petitioner believes that this Court should auth-
orize the sale of said real property for the price offered, in
that while it is lower than the appraisal, no real estate

For Sale And Purchase entered into between Petitioner and Buyer `

marked as EXHIBIT A, is attached hereto, incorporated herein,
and made a part hereof.

6. If Petitioner listed said real property with a
Real Estate Broker, Petitioner would have to pay a commission
of six percent (6$) and so while a higher price might be real-
ized by listing said property with a Real Estate Broker, the
advantage of a higher price would be diminished by the fact
that a real estate commission would have to be paid, and the
proposed sale is in the best interest of the Estate.
7. That a description of said real property and of
the personal property to be sold to the buyers is set forth
in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays for this Court to j
~ enter an Order determining the heirs of ERNEST GEORGE SMITH
i and that all of such heirs have Assigned and Conveyed their

interest in the Estate of ERNEST GEORGE SMITH to ASTRID

SVENSDAHL and for an Order authorizing and approving the sale

of the real and personal property of the Estate. '
