1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as Personal

ALEXANDER GRAVES, 291 St. John Avenue, Staten Island, New York 10314.

end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, FRED B.-LEES, whose last known address was 831
Solaz Port St. Lucie, Florida, and whose age was 66, and whose Social
Security Number is 089-03-2230, died on December 19, 1978, at 831 Solaz
Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida, and at the time of death, decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
Estate, their addresses and relationship to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:
