4. Venue of this proceeding is in-this County because decedent
last was domiciled in this County, and owns all real and personal
property in Chis County. ~
5. Petitioner is qualified under the laws of the State of /
Florida to serve as Personal Representative of decedent's Estate, and
is entitled to preference in appointment as Personal Representative
because Petitioner was duly named in the Last Will and Testament of
the decedent to serve as Personal Representative, and decedent's wife,
named in the Will, has predeceased decedent.

6. The nature and approximate value of the assets of this
Estate are: Real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, of the value
of approximately $30,000.00, and cash, stocks and bonds in the
approximate value of $91,000.00, and an automobile of undetermined
value.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codil of -
decedent other than as forth in this Petition.
8. The original of the decedent's Will, dated May 2, 1972,
is in possession of this Court, having been previously filed by the-
attorney for the Estate.
9. The only other person interested i~ this Estate is EDITH
GILL, 76 Elm Drive, Levittown, New York 1175b, sister of decedent,
who, if Petitioner is not duly qualified, is statutorily next allowed
-
preference.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be admitted to

probate and that Petitioner be appointed Personal Representative of the
h decedent.. -
