The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above- estate alleges : \
1. The decedent, REBECCA LYNN BOWSHER, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on December 17, 1977, and
Letters of Admini tration were issued to Petitioner on
March 8, 1978. -
2. This estate was opened for the sole purpose of
• having a personal representative appointed who could prosecute
}
a wrongful death action against the individual and his
insurance carrier whose negligence caused the death of the
decedent.

3. The wrongful-death action has been settled and
under the terms of the settlement, the sum of $286.00 was
paid to the estate of REBECCA LYNN BOWSHER for the purpose
of satisfying the claim made against the estate by Yates
I
Funeral Home. A copy of the Court's Order setting forth
the terms of the~ttlement is attached here to and made a
part hereof as Exhibit "A". The sum of $286.00 has bee
x
paid by the undersigned to Yates Funeral Home and the
Funeral Home has filed a satisfaction of its claim against
the estate .
