that set forth in the above paragraph. Petitioner has fully
administered this estate, by making the payment of the only
claim that was presented and by paying for the payment of
all expenses of administration.
5. The only persons having interest in this proceeding
and their respective addresses are: Fred Allen Bowsher, 1508
Coronado Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida and Beverly Bowsher, 1508
Coronado Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.
6. Fred Allen Bowsher and Beverly Bowsher have filed
a Waiver of Accounting and Service of Petition for Discharge
and Consent to Discharge of Personal Representative with the
Court.
7. Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
discharging Petitioner as personal representative of this {
estate .
