TNIS DEED, made this 13tt: day of April, 1979, by and between FRANKLIN E. Q
COOK, JR. and AUDREY U. COOK, formerly husband and wife and now divorced in I`
accordance with the final decree signed on February 24, 1978, hereinafter
referred to as Parties of the First Part, and AUDREY U. COOK, Divorced and
not remarried, whose permanent address is 207 Stones River Road, Lavergne,
Tennessee 37086, hereinafter referred to as Party of the Second Part,

WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (x10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration paid by the Party of the Second Part to

the Parties of the First Part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the said Parties of the First Part do hereby grant and convey, with general
warranty and in fee simple, unto the said Party of the Second Part, all of
that certain lot or parcel of ground with its improvements and appurtenances,
located in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 30, Block 19, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 25, a subdivision
~ according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages
t 32 & 32A thru 321, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
I Florida.-

And being the same property acquired by the Parties of the First ~
s Part, who are now divorced and neither being remarried, by deed
duly recorded in Public Records Book 193, Page 1434, of the said
public land records.
And the said Parties of the First Part do hereby fully warrant the title
~ ~ to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all person

whomsoever.
