Ia consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power ~ Light Company of $1.00
and other good and valuable consideration which I/we have received, I/we and those hold- `
ing through me/us, grant and give to Florida Power ~ Light Company sad its successors and
assigns an easement for the construction, operation and u~sinteaaace of electric utility
facilities (including 2pp~~g0@G cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and -
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct,
improve, add to, change the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit
the attachment of coadudts, wires or .cables of any other Caapany or person; also, to cut,
t"rim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions that might en-
danger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our proper-
ty descSribsd as follows;
The graphic delineation of centerline of 10 foot wide easement (unless otherwise
noted) is shown by heavy dark lines on Florida Power ~ Light Company Drawing F25-
EX-2 marked 8xhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part thereof.
Legal Description:
Lot 2,,Block 3, Model Land Company Subdivision of Section 15, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 41, less
the North 100 feet and the East 42 feet thereof.
