This- letter shall set out farmally the terms of you r
agreement with Dr. Andrew A. Henry concerning the construction
of an access road on property owned by Vimer Enterprises, Inc..
Please acknowledge your accpetance by having the original
signed and returned to me. -

t Start at-the Northeast corner of Section 22, Township 37
South, Rnage 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, thence
run N 89°59'49" W along the North line of said Section 22
€ -a distance. of 171.66 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence
run S 00°14'07" E along the Westerly Termination of a 30.00
foot right of way extension of Mitchell Ave. as shown on
the plat of River Vista, Plat Book 13, Page 18A; Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, a distance of 30.00
feet; thence run N 89°59'49" W along a line 30.00 feet
South of as measured on th-e perpendicular and parallel to -
the North line of the aforesaid Section 22 a distance of
30.00 feet; thence run N 00°00'11" E a distance of 10.00
feet thence run N 89°59'49" W a distance of 340.00 feet;
thence run N-00°00'11" E a distance of 20.00 feet to the
