This cause having came on before this Court on the Plaintiffs/
Counterdefendants motion for an order requiring the Defendants to
remove themselves from the premises of the Plaintiffs and Motion for
the entry of a judgment against the Defendants in the amount of
$340.00 and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUOGED that the Defendants/Counterplaintiffs,
PHILIP i~IACRER and JACQUELINE HACKER his wife, are to immediately ~

remove themselves from the premises at 203 Amy Lane, Green Acres
Mobile Home Park, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that all and singular
the-Sheriffs of the State of Florida are directed to render such

insuring the Defendants/Counter intiff com ce with th s
