THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard before this Court upon i

the Joint Petition for Approval of Settlement of a claim for per-
sonal injuries sustained by DEBORAH CAIRNS, a minor, by and through
said minor's mother and next friend, SHIRLENE CAIRNS, and SHIRLENE
CAIRNS, individually, and the Court having considered the testimony
of the parties hereto, and being further advised in the premises,
the Court finds:

(a) That DEBORAH CAIRNS is a minor.
(b) -That SHIRLENE CA~RNS is the mother and natural guardian ~
and-next friend of said minor.
~ (c) That said minor sustained certain personal injuries for
which said minor has a claim. It is thereupon - ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. The Joint Petition for Approval of Settlement of the
claim of the minor for personal injuries be, and the same is hereby
granted.
c 2. The settlement of said claim in the total sum of $5,000.00, ~
$4,000.00 of said offer to satisfy the claim of the minor Plaintiff
for all damages she has or may have as a result of the accident
