3. The said Plaintiff's mother, as natural Ruardian and
next friend of said minor, be, and the same is hereby authorized
to execute a full and complete release of her claims and the
said minor's claims ainst STEPHEN NAPIER and DREMA NAPIER, his
wife, for- the totals of $5,000.00.
