THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the undersigned Judge
of the above-styled Court upon the issues and the record, jury
having been expressly waived by the parties, and the Court finding
that it has jurisdiction over the subject matter and of the parties
and having received and approved the Petition submitted by SHIRLENE
CAIRNS, individually and as mother and next friend of the minor
Plaintiff, DEBORAH CAIRNS, and having approved the settlement for

the Plaintiffs, the Court finds in favor of the Plaintiffs and
against the Defendants; and being fully advised in the premises, it ~
is thereupon, upon consideration thereof
E ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, DEBORAH CAIRNS, a ~
minor, suing by her mother and next friend, SHIRLENE CAIRNS, shall
have and recover of and from the Defendants, STEPHEN NAPIER and
DRE2iA NAPIER, his wife, the sum of $4,000.00; and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that SHIRLENE CAIRNS, individually and ~
as natural mother and next friend of DEBORAH CAIRNS, a minor,

~ shall have and recover of and from the Defendants, STEPHEN NAPIER

and DREriA NAPIER, his wife; the sum of $1,000.00.
