PRETRIAL ORDER
This cause coming on~before the Court on the parties'
pretrial statements, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Each party shall have three preemptive challenges.
2. Discovery shall remain open until ten days before
commencement of the trial, which said time can be extended
by the Court upon showing of proper cause by either party.
3. Those exhibits listed by the parties on their
pretrial statements will be allowed into evidence subject
` only to objections for relevancy and materiality.
