SUSAN MARIE REID, Wife
ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on April 20, 1979 on
that portion of the Answer to Amended Petition for Modification
by counsel of record for the Wife for attorney's fees as the
parties hereto have reached an amicable settlement of their
differences and the Court having heard testimony on behalf of
counsel of record for the Wife and being fully advised in the
premises.
It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The~'burt determines the sum of $200.00 to be reasonable
for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and ERVIN TAYLOR
REID, III is ordered to pay said attorney said sum within thirty
(30) days.
2. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida this Z 7 day of April,
