gate sum named to the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor here-
by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgages nll the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
~ Beginning at a point 1048 feet Westerly of the Southeast corner
of Lot 41, Block L of MARAVILLA ESTATES, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 8, Page 77 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, as measured along the South boundary
line of said Block L, said point being 431.8 feet Easterly of the
Southwest corner of Lot 21 of said Block Las measured along
said South boundary line; thence run Easterly along said South
I~ line 8 feet to a point; thence run Northerly 145 feet to a point
which is 1040 feet Westerly of the Northeast corner of Lot 41 of
~I said Block L as measured along the Northern boundary line of said
ii Lot 41 and extension thereof; thence run Westerly 8 feet along
the extension of said North boundary line as extended to a point;
~ thence run Southerly 145 feet to the point of beginning.
A certain survey prepared b A. G. Weatherington & Associates,
Inc., dated January, 1974, hows the measured distance between
the SW corner of the afor id Lot 21 and the SE corner of the
~ aforesaid Lot 41 to be 147 .8 feet instead of 1471 as shown by the
Plat of Maravilla Estates s aforesaid. It is the purpose of this
deed to dispose of 8 feet of the additional 8~.8 feet and in the
event of discrepancies concerning the distances stated herein,
the distances as measured from the SW corner of said Lot 21 shall
control.
