PRETRIAL ORDER
This cause coming on before the Court on the parties'
pretrial stipulations, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Each party shall have three preemptive challenges.
2. Discovery shall remain open until ten days before
the trial commences, with such time to be extended by the
court upon proper showing by either party.
3. The Defendant has reserved objections to the
medical bills listed by the Defendants as to reasonableness,
necessity, relevancy, and materiality. All objections are s
reserved as to Exhibit 16 since the Plaintiff has not presented ~
~ this to the Defendant and Plaintiff has agreed to promptly

make this Exhibit available to the Defendant.
