Each party shall have three preemptive challenges. 2. Discovery shall remain open until ten days before the trial commences, with such time to be extended by the court upon proper showing by either party. 3. The Defendant has reserved objections to the medical bills listed by the Defendants as to reasonableness, necessity, relevancy, and materiality.
