FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I/we or either of us promise to pay in
lawful money of the United States of America, to the order of
LORETTA LUSTIG, 1341 South East 3rd Street, Deerfield Beach, Florida,
the principal sum of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 00/100 ($7,500.00)
Dollars, with interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of 8 3/4% per
annum from March 1, 1979, until paid. Principal and interest payable
as follows:
The first payment shall be on September 5, 1979, in the
amount of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Nine and 82/100
($2,839.82) .
The second payment shall be on September 5, 1980, in the
amount of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven and 50/100
($2, 937.50) .
The third payment shall be on September 5, 1981, in the .
amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Eighteen and 75/100
($2, 718.75) .
In case said installments, or any of them, are not paid within
thirty (30) days after the same become due, the whole of said prin-
cipal sum shall forthwith become due and payable at the option of
the holder of this Note. Prepayment of the whole or any part of
principal may be made at any time without penalty.
Naw, should it become necessary to collect this Note through
an attorney, either of us, whether maker, security or endorser on
this Note hereby agree to pay all costs of such collection, includ-
ing a reasonable attorney's fee. The drawers and endorsers of this i
¢ Note severally waive presentment for payment, protest and notice of j
~ protest for non-payment of this Note, and consent that time of pay- ~
~ ment may be extended without notice.'
