E A S E M E N T
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid
by the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, a~municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and
grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, for the use and benefit of
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the privilege and easement to
construct electric distribution over and across the following described
land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
A ten .foot wide easement for transmission lines over .and
across the property hereinafter described as exists on the date of the
execut n of this Easement and for future installation of electric
transmi sion lines over and across said property as may be necessary
in the uture to provide appropriate electrical service to said
property and the mobile home park situate thereon, to wit:
1. West 700 feet of the North 200 feet of Lot 181 less
the West feet.
2. Lot 181 less the North 200 feet.
3. Part of Lots 182 and 183, more particularly described
as follows: -
Begin at a point in the North line of the South SO feet of
Lot 183 and 143 feet West of West right-of-way of U.S. ~1, thence
run westerly along said line 959 feet, then southerly at right angle
288.34 feet, thence easterly 812 feet, thence northerly at right angle f
50 feet, thence easterly at right angle 147 feet, thence northerly at -
right angle 238.00 feet to P.O.B. -
4. Part of Lot 182, more particularly described as follows:
From SW corner of Lot 182 run East 135 feet for P.O.B.,
thence North 75 feet, thence easterly 677 feet; thence northerly 50
feet, thence easterly 147 feet, thence North 2.72 feet, thence East
143 feet to West right-of-way of ~U.S. ~kl, thence South 127.72 feet,
thence West 977.18 feet to P.O.B.

All being in Ma~avilla Gardens, Unit Three, as per plat
~ thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 62 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida,
and to place such poles and attachments thereto across and on said
land as may be necessary in the construction of said line,
including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said line all
trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to go
upon-said land from time to time as may be necessary to construct,
maintain and repair said line. No permanent structures shall be
f placed or installed on said easement.
