8. That if any proceedings should be irutituted against the property covered by this nwrtgage upon any other lien or claim
whether superior or janior to the lien of this mortgage, the Mortgagee may at its option immediately upon irutitution of such suit or
during the pendency thereof declare this mortgage and the indebtedness secured hereby due and payable forthwit~r aril uray at its option

9. Except during such period or periods u the Mortgagee may from time to time designate in writing, the Mortgagor will pay to

protection of the Mortgagee and entaik no responsibility on the Mortgagee

and profits, regardless of the value of the mortgaged property and the solvency or insolvency of for Mortgagor and other persons liable
to pay said indebtedness. •
