PARTIAL RELEASE OF LIEN

KNOW ALL MEN BY T P SENTS that St. Lucie County, a
political subdivision of he State of Florida, the owner and holder
of a lien claimed for it benefit by Elton Schwarz, Public Defender, j
i
against Willie Williams, dated August 16, 1977, in the amount of 4
$25.00,-~thich lien was recorded at O.R. Book 272, Page 2499 of the
Public Rbcords of St. Lucie County, does remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien, operation and effect of the
aforesaid claim of lien, on the following described real property,
if said claim of lien can be construed to apply or affect to such
real property, to wit:
From the Northwest corner of Block 5, MELISSA
MEADOWS SOBDIVISION, as recorded fn Plat Book 9,
Page 72 of the public records of St. Lucie County, i
Florida, run South 89° 46' East along the North line
of said Block 5 a distance of 75 feet to the Point
of Beginning; thence continue South 890 46' East 75
feet, thence run South 0° 10' East parallel with the
West line of said Block 5 a distance of 151.33 feet,
thence run South 64° 56' 07" West 82.68 feet, thence
run North 00 10' West 186.67 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
AND the undersigned claimant, for and on behalf of its heirs,
successors, administrators and assigns, hereby covenants that the
above-described property be and is hereby freed, exonerated and dis-
charged of and from the claim of lien of the above referenced claim,
and every part and parcel thereof, provided, however, that nothing

herein contained shall in anywise iunpair, alter or diminish the terms
and effect of that certain claim of lien claimed for the benefit of
the undersigned against Willie Williams with respect to any property {

or property rights of the aforesaid Willie Williams not hereby released.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned claimant has hereunto set
