PARTIAL RELEASE OF JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS that General. Finance Corporation, the owner and
holder of a certain judgment agaiast Jimmy Lee and Delores Moore dated July 25, 1973,
in the muount of $395.78, plus costa of $25.50, and interest accruing thereon from
date, which judgment was rendered in the County Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being Case No. 72-11-7557, in which judgment was recorded at Official Records kook
216, Page 2886 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does remise,
release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien, operation and effect of
the aforesaid judgment on the following described real property, if said judgment
can be construed to apply to or affect the following described real property, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 1, RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS 1 and 2,
HIGHLAND PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 11 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
A,YD the undersigned judgment creditor for and on behalf of its heirs, successors,
and assigns, hereby covenants that the above described property be and is hereby
forever freed, exonerated, and discharged of and from the lien of the above referenced'
judgment and every part and parcel thereof, provided, however, that nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the terms and effect~of the
judgment held by the undersigned against Jimmy Lee and Delores Moore with respect to
any property or property rights of the said judgment debtors not hereby released.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned judgment creditor has hereunto set its hand
and seal on the 16th day of April,-1979. ~
