ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
IT APPBARING from the evidence before the Court-that GBORGE PROCTOR, JR.
has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required bq the Final
Judgment of this Court entered on the 6th day of February, 1979, and is, as of this
date April 20, 1979, in arrears $609.50 including Court Costs, it is
ORDERBD AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in direct contempt of
this Court and shall serve sixty (60) days in the St. Lucie County Jail. Respondent
may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $609.50 arrearage at the
rate of $50.00 per month on the first day of each month. These payments to be in addi-
tion to the regular $200.00 per month child support payments provided for above, making
a total payment of $250.00 per month, plus the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments
to be made in cash, cashier's check or money order. If Respondent GEORGB PROCTOR, JR.
does not purge himself of his contempt as provided above, upon written affidavit of the
Petitioner LAVERNE PROCTOR, the Sheriff of St. Lucie County is directed to incarcerate
GBORGB PROCTOR, JR. for a period of sixty (60) days or until he purges by paying the
sum due at that time.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry

DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this
