THIS CAUSB coming on to be heard on April 20, 1979, upon Motion fer
Bnforcement filed by BARBARA JEAN MILLER MORRIS and the Court having heard the
testimony of both Petitioner and Respondent, the Court determines that there is
presently due $1,470.00 from Respondent to Petitioner, plus $9.50 court costs.
ORDERED that Respondent shall continue to make child support payments
of $15.00 each and every week commencing Tuesday, April 24, 1979, to the Clerk of
the Court. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check or money order and to in-
clude an additional statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00 each time a payment is made-.
FURTHER ORDERED that Counsel for the Respondent is to present a plan for _
payment of the arrearage of $1,479.50 to the Court nor before May 4 ,1979.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parti s hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as mar be proper.
