Fage 2065 in the office of the Clerk of the Circ Court of St. Lucie County.

unit numners in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maint noe
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 300 - ~
Page 1461 .Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.. t
hereby release. satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 7, Block 140, Unit 11
in the name of: Albert & Betty Ann 1'oliaai

and now held in the name of: William J. Fielding
