The Mortgagor hereby covenants wick the Mortgagee that the Mortgagor is lawfully seized of the fee simple ark m the above
desuibed property and hu full power and authority co grant, bargain, sell and mortgage the same co the Mortgagee; that said prop`
arty is free and discharged from all liens, encumbrances and claims of every kind, including cases and assessmcna; thu said Mort-

PROVIDED ALWAYS, and these presents ate upon these express conditions, that if Mortgagor shall promptly pay to
