The parties acknowledge and agree that the premises shall be used ~
for the sole purpose of uses permitted in B-1 Zoning and the construction k
of a Funeral Home on a portion thereof and any modification or change in
such use will require the consent and approval of Grantor.
This latter restriction shall remain in full force and effect fora
period of twenty (20) years from the date of recordation of this Geed. `
