WHEREAS, MIAMI NATIONAL BANK, by virtue of an Assignment of

Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, did assiyn, transfer
and convey unto FIRST AMERICAN BANK OF LAKE WORTIi, N.A. all of its
right, title and interest in that certain Mortyacle.

discharge forever from the lien and effect of said Mortyaye the
